Key Responsibilities of the Wireless Sales Representative Guide customers through a tailored sales journey with AT&T and ensure that they find plans that match their needs and preferences Explain plans, services and products with a high level of expertise Resolve customer inquires while ensuring a positive customer experience Consistently stay abreast of new products, trends and service features Achieve individual sales goals while also contributing to the overall success of the Wireless Sales team Work alongside fellow Wireless Sales Representative in order share best sales and customer service strategies Monitor assigned accounts in order to identify opportunities for upgrades or adjustments You will be an ideal Wireless Sales Representative if you have A high school diploma or GED equivalent Previous experience in Sales or Customer facing is a plus Basic understanding of sales and customer service strategies Excellent communication skills both written and spoken A positive, customer service attitude A willingness to learn and grow professionally Strong problem solving skills
