Our Verizon locations are locally owned and operated and include MD, KY, OH, PA, and WV, providing ample opportunity for growth and advancementPay and BenefitsSalary: $60,352.53 to $72,682.62 per year.Commission & Bonus: Base pay plus access to a 21% commission payout. You will also be eligible for a manager bonus program focused on profit sharing and success in key performance indicators.Kickstart Commission: 60 days of Kickstart Commission to earn fasterBenefits:Sick time and vacation time.Health, dental, and vision coverage.401(k) with employer match.Flexible scheduling.Discounts on phone plans, devices, and accessories.Role Overview: As a Sales Manager, you will lead a team of sales representatives, helping them develop their skills and achieve success. You will serve as a trusted advisor, showing clients how technology can solve problems and improve their lives. Your personal sales will not only provide you with commissions but also a positive example for your staff to follow.
