Engagement and Adoption sits within Wealth Management Platforms (WMP) organization, which manages digital platforms and experiences across the Advisor-led, Workplace and Self-Direct channels, ensuring that our capabilities lead the industry and are delivered and integrated seamlessly.

Position Summary:

The E&A team is responsible for helping advisors increase practice growth, efficiency and deepen client relationships through adoption of digital tools. The individual will translate WMP strategic priorities into comprehensive field engagement campaigns, driving sustained adoption across the firm's differentiated platform.

The position requires the ability to strategically plan, influence key stakeholders including senior management and manage strategic initiatives from inception through execution and to completion. The role also requires proficiency in data analysis and the ability to capture, consolidate and utilize field feedback to continually develop and iterate upon continued digital tool adoption. The individual is responsible for developing subject matter expertise for respective Platform leads and advising on strategic initiatives where required.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Collaborate closely with product, business and technology stakeholders to understand objectives and develop / execute campaign strategies aimed at driving Financial Advisor (FA) and Support Professional (SP) adoption of Wealth Management Platforms' digital tools

Communication: Demonstrate and articulate effective communication across the field and senior management

Stakeholder Management: Develop a strong working relationship with product, business, technology stakeholders

Cross-Functional Partnerships: Maintain strong partnerships across home office business, technology and program management stakeholders, data analytics marketing, field service, field leadership

Data Analysis: Data-driven strategy to unlock key insights and drive business KPIs

Subject Matter Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of financial services technology, the wealth management industry, and the advisor-client experience

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

4-6 years of industry work experience, preferably within financial services, consulting, or marketing

Series 7 and 24 licenses (optional)

Strong working knowledge of Wealth Management, Financial Advisory and Practice Management

Strong attention to detail with project management experience demonstrating the ability to simultaneously keep multiple campaigns or projects on track.

Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, Teams and SharePoint

Ability to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of management

Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills

Must be highly motivated with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed

Proactive, self-starter, critical thinker, decisive, solutions and detail oriented

Be able to manage projects and relationships across multiple departments with competing deadlines

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $90,000 and $130,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
