We are seeking a motivated and organized undergraduate intern with a passion for supply chain management project coordination and technology-driven process improvement. This internship offers hands-on experience in asset tracking calibration scheduling vendor coordination and digital tool implementation.II. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesGC Calibration ProjectIdentify calibration needs regulatory and internal across WMRE sitesOrganize and schedule calibration activitiesAssist in training stakeholders on calibration processesDeploy and document processAsset Tracker Development ProjectIdentify and catalog existing assetsParticipate in a site visit to our Engine Overhaul site and document findingsOrganize asset data and tracking systemsSchedule and support training sessionsCo-Develop implement asset tracking toolsAsset Tracking Process Connection w/Accounting teamAct as project lead in creating a standardized process for asset transfers working with accounting teamDocument and publish workflows and propose improvementsCompliance utility meter tracking ProjectSupport creation and deployment of QR code tags for assetsAssist in metering tracking using ProcoreIdentify tracking needs document processes and train usersTraining & CommunicationDevelop clear and concise training documentsPresent findings and recommendations to stakeholdersTrain WMRE operation teams as projects are completed and ready for rolloutIII. QualificationsA. Required QualificationsInterns must have a High school diploma or GED (accredited) and be pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelors degree (accredited) in a field of study relevant to the internship.B. Preferred QualificationsCurrently pursuing a degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management Project Management or related fieldHighly organized and detail-orientedStrong communication and presentation skillsComfortable working with vendors and cross-functional teamsQuick learner with interest in new technologies and digital toolsProficient in Microsoft Office and willing to learn platforms like ProcoreIV.
