Biogen is seeking a collaborative, strategic, and results-oriented Women’s Health Account Manager (Neuropsychiatry) to support health care providers treating patients with postpartum depression. In this field-based role, you will develop and maintain critical relationships with OB/GYNs, psychiatrists, psychiatric NPs/PAs, primary care providers, allied health professionals, and support staff. You will help increase PPD screening, support PPD-focused initiatives, and influence treatment pathways across affiliated health groups and systems. This role is responsible for developing and executing territory sales plans that align Biogen’s clinical, access, and patient support resources with customer needs.The Account Manager reports into the commercial field organization and plays an important role in advancing Biogen’s commitment to patients and providers in women’s mental health.Role level and title will be aligned with the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall qualifications.What You’ll DoDevelop and execute territory sales plans to achieve business goalsBuild and maintain strong relationships with HCPs and key non-clinical stakeholdersCommunicate complex clinical data, screening protocols, treatment pathways, market access policies, and patient support resourcesIdentify educational needs and deliver compliant, customer-focused engagementSupport PPD screening initiatives and treatment pathway improvements across health systems and group practicesAlign Biogen resources and product information to evolving customer and patient needsCollaborate cross-functionally to support launch execution and account management prioritiesPromote a culture of compliance in all customer interactions and business activitiesWho You AreYou are HCP- and patient-focused, curious, and energized by driving results in a challenging and evolving market.
