Join our team and bring compassionate comprehensive womens healthcare to our beautiful coastal community.Why This Role is ExceptionalBe a cornerstone of womens health by providing high-quality care across the lifespan.Work in a collaborative multidisciplinary environment that values your expertise and input.Enjoy opportunities for professional growth skill-building and career advancement.As a non-profit you may qualify for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program-a benefit that changes lives!What Youll DoProvide comprehensive reproductive and gynecologic healthcare from adolescence through menopause.Diagnose and manage common womens health conditions menstrual disorders and reproductive concerns.Deliver prenatal and postnatal care (if within scope and credentialing).Conduct preventive screenings (Pap smears breast exams) contraceptive counseling and STI testing/treatment.Prescribe medications order and interpret diagnostics and coordinate follow-up care.Educate patients about family planning reproductive health menopause and wellness.Collaborate with physicians nurses and support staff to ensure seamless patient-centered care.Maintain accurate documentation in the Epic electronic health record system.What Youll BringMasters or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.Certification as a Womens Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP-BC).Current Washington ARNP license and DEA registration (if prescribing controlled substances).12 years of womens health experience preferred.BLS certification (required); Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) preferred.Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.Excellent communication teamwork and interpersonal abilities.Commitment to patient-centered care health equity and community outreach.Why Ocean BeachWhen you join us youre not just gaining a rewarding role-youre gaining a lifestyle!
