We are looking for a CNC ROUTER OPERATOR to join our team and help us create innovative off-grid housing powered by solar panels and lithium batteries. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in carpentry, woodworking, and finishing techniques. The successful candidate will be able to read drawings and accurately measure, cut, and assemble materials according to specifications. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, has excellent problem-solving skills, and is able to work independently with minimal supervision and will be able to work with a team of other employees.
Responsibilities
- Use Enroute to draw and program cut files.
- Operate CNC machine shop to produce finished parts.
- Set up and operate the machine to produce parts.
- Inspect the quality of the parts for proper fit and finish.
- Complete QC work on each part as required.
- Complete all documentation for each job.
- Maintain a clean work area and follow all safety regulations.
- Work with a team of other employees.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more, bend, reach overhead, push, pull, squat, kneel, and be able to stand for extended periods of time.
