When you join our team, you become part of a supportive environment where your expertise is valued, and your career can thrive.Competitive Pay (pay based on experience)Profit Sharing: Employer contributions up to 15%, 100% funded by the company!Health, Dental & Vision Insurance optionsLife Insurance PolicyPaid Time Off & Paid HolidaysFantastic company culture!What You’ll Do:Perform precision wood planing and milling to meet custom project specifications.Operate woodworking equipment and tools safely and effectively.Inspect and measure materials to ensure quality and accuracy.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment.Work collaboratively with team members to meet production deadlines.Handle and move materials, occasionally lifting up to 100 lbs.What You Bring:Previous experience in woodworking, millwork, or a custom woodshop environment preferred.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to safely operate woodworking machinery.Reliable, team-oriented, and proactive mindset.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to follow technical instructions.Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.Hours for this position are Monday through Friday 7:30am - 5pm, and a 1/2 day on Saturday rotation.Ready to take the next step?
