We hire the best in their fields - results-focused professionals with the skills to achieve project goals across multiple industries.Role Summary:The Work Preparator /Field Service Coordination Specialist is responsible for scheduling field service work coordinating technicians for dispatch and managing tooling to include shipments calibration rentals audits and invoices. Main focal point to attend customer activities at site. Work location is at our Bristol offices in PA.Essential Responsibilities:Serve as the assistant and representative to the Regional Field Service Supervisor and Service ManagersHandle all direct and indirect customer contacts in a proactive and professional WayIdentify parts and tools needed to prepare for service events within the region and order through appropriate vendorsManage material and labor resources in a cost sensitive wayTrigger units BOM updates after service event executions in a timely mannerDocument all service events and triggered tasks within Oracle throughout the processProvide support to Service Managers through continuous monitoring of all scheduled and unscheduled resources for optimized utilization in accordance with working regulations and guidelines. Issue Purchase Orders for 3rd party vendorsCreate required technical and commercial documentation during operationsEnsure compliance with quality and EHS guidelines regarding internal and external resourcesEnsure Field Service Technicians meet all process discipline and business standardsSupport EHS by assisting with safety audits recording EHS observations and informing the department of any issuesReview service events to track any unplanned actions/work which must be addedProvide recommendations for improvement regarding operations initiativesWork within the services team to achieve service key performance indicatorsPerform other duties as assignedQualification Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent on mechanical or electrical.3 years of technical business experience as well as a qualification in a technical field is required5 years of experience working on site/plant supervision and leading techniciansMultiple years of experience in preparing service events and supporting of technical supervisors/coordinators requiredStrong skill working with Oracle ERP Microsoft Office applications technical databases desiredAble to effectively interact and clearly communicate with customers at operational andmanagement level. Customer focus.Troubleshooting skills with analytical mindsetLegal permit to work in the United StatesWillingness to travel up to 30%Desired Characteristics: Excellent technical specialist knowledge and customer service abilitiesAbility to handle stress stability working under pressure and resilienceExcellent English level capable to maintain technical conversations and elaborate site reports and mails with clarityAbility to work in structured manner set priorities and take initiativeAble to understand implement and communicate technical proceduresFamiliar with Jenbacher reciprocating gas enginesExperience in power generation applicationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective interpersonal and organizational skillsGood computer skills office proficiency and logic controls softwareMust have a valid drivers license and a clean driving recordAbility to meet and maintain insurability standards to drive a company vehicleINNIO offers a great work environment professional development challenging careers and competitive compensation.
