Qualified applicants must live within commuting distance of our Seattle office location.The Workday Analyst is responsible for supporting maintaining and optimizing Workday Sonos global HRIS. This role focuses on configuration reporting security and business process support across multiple Workday modulesensuring data integrity operational excellence and a seamless user experience. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Workday enjoys solving complex problems and thrives in a collaborative fast-paced environment.What Youll DoSupport and maintain Workday modules including Core HCM Recruiting Performance Compensation Benefits and Absence.Partner with HR teams to execute key employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding job changes terminations performance and compensation cycles and open enrollment.Assist with configuration updates testing and deployment of system enhancements and releases.Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making.Troubleshoot and resolve user issues escalating to senior analysts or vendors as needed.Maintain security roles and ensure compliance with data governance and privacy policies.Create and maintain system documentation and support training for HR and business users.Collaborate cross-functionally with HR Finance and IT to align on data definitions and process improvements.Own Workday release reviews regression testing and change management activities.Identify and implement opportunities to automate workflows and improve system efficiency.What Youll NeedBasic Qualifications13 years of hands-on Workday experience.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables VLOOKUPs etc.).Qualified applicants must be able to work from an office location for part of (or the majority of) the work week.Preferred QualificationsBachelors degree in Human Resources Information Systems Business or a related field.Experience running Advanced Compensation and Performance cycles in Workday.Knowledge of HR processes compliance and data privacy best practices.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative working style.Research shows that some candidates may not apply for roles if they dont meet all the criteria. We apply geographic pay differentials based on the cost of labor in the market. Employees in high-cost locations may be compensated at the upper end of the range while those in medium or low cost markets may be compensated at the lower end of the range.
