Demonstrate ability to work 100% remotely and convert to a full-time permanent role after 6 months without visa sponsorship. Job Summary: - Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Workday Financials HCM SCM and Adaptive Planning modules. - Provide functional support including configuration updates troubleshooting release management and translating business requirements into Workday solutions. - Lead and manage Workday Security Administration including design and maintenance of security roles conducting audits and ensuring compliance with internal controls. - Develop maintain and troubleshoot integrations using Workday Studio EIB and Core Connectors ensuring secure data migrations and optimized integration performance. - Support authentication strategies (such as SSO and MFA) and environment access controls. - Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Workday Report Writer and Prism Analytics ensuring secure and compliant data access. - Collaborate with stakeholders to support ongoing enhancements and functional improvements within Workday. - Respond to incidents perform root cause analysis and implement remediation for security and integration issues. - Leverage 7 years of experience across multiple Workday modules and at least 4 years in Security Administration. - Utilize strong expertise in Workday integrations troubleshooting and security configuration.
