Job Family:SAAS/PAAS/Cloud ConsultingTravel Required:Up to 25%Clearance Required:NoneWhat You Will Do:As part of our Workday Practice youll be part of an energized team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technologyAs an Extend Lead at Guidehouse you will be responsible for designing and developing Extend applications for our customers who are implementing Workday as a solutionFrom initial assessments to entire transformations youll deliver Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and Workday Financials solutions equipping organizations with the information they need to make better business decisionsThe applications you create allow our customers to operate beyond the Workday standard functionalityResponsibilities include but not limited to:Lead the design build and support testing of Workday Extend applications and corresponding integrationsWork directly with clients to perform discovery and extract requirements to deliver design documentsParticipate in an innovative teaming culture to enabled constant innovation and improvement to process and assetsLead development of internal Extend applicationsActively communicate with other team members on cross functional itemsCommunicate technical challenges and solutions to internal and client teamsDemonstrate consultative skillsHave a passion for high customer satisfaction levelsWhat You Will Need:Bachelors degree with a MINIMUM of FIVE (5) years of experience implementing Workday; OR a Masters degree with a MINIMUM of THREE (3) years of experience implementing Workday. Years of experience can be substituted for a formal degree such as NO degree with a MINIMUM of SEVEN (7) years of experience implementing WorkdayCurrent holder of a Workday Certification in Workday ExtendA MINIMUM of FIVE (5) years of work experience including integration development and modern integration technology experience (EDI Web Services XML XSLT middleware etc)Up to 25% travel with a focus on work from home and/or Guidehouse office consultants may provide on-site support for key milestones as neededWhat Would Be Nice To Have:Experience with the execution of projects within a structured methodologyExperience with AI technologies and design patterns.Implementations involving deploying within a state or local governmentExperience working in HR or Financial Department environments with an understanding of the issues facing organizationsSolid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite focused on Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word and PowerPointStrong written and oral communication skills (RFP responses white papers etc.) and presentation skills such as Workday demonstrations and client presentationsThe annual salary range for this position is $118000.00-$196000.00.
