Job Family:SAAS/PAAS/Cloud ConsultingTravel Required:Up to 50%Clearance Required:Ability to Obtain Public TrustWhat You Will Do:As part of our Workday Practice, youll be a member of our fast-growing and energized team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology.From initial assessments to entire transformations, youll deliver Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions equipping organizations with the information they need to make better business decisions.As a Workday HCM Solution Architect at Guidehouse, you will be responsible for driving the Human Capital Management solution and scope for current and prospective clients, leading functional HCM team members with expertise in HCM configuration solutions, and guiding the client's Workday architecture to sustain touchpoints between HCM product areas and HCM to Financials.This leadership position will require people manager skills and ability to grow and develop the Workday HCM team at Guidehouse.As a Workday HCM Solution Architect your project assignments and development activities may include:Participating and leading in all stages of the GH+ Workday Methodology for implementing Workday HCM, and Compensation performing the following on client engagements:Gathering, documenting, and identifying variances in industry leading practices for client business requirementsConfiguring Workday to meet requirementsDocumenting solutions for the client to reference in the futureSupporting the client and data conversion teams in converting legacy data into WorkdaySupporting the integration teams in helping to configure and test integrations between Workday and third party/custom solutionsAssisting the client in testing the Workday solutionTransferring Workday system knowledge to the client to enable self-sufficiency and sustainabilityCommunicating regularly with the project manager regarding forecasting hours, time reporting, projects risks, and mitigationsWorking with Workday Delivery Assurance to ensure compliance with checkpointsAdvising clients on industry standards and leading practicesRecognizing business process inefficiencies and providing recommendations for improvementsLeading junior consultants and ensuring work qualityWhile delivering on client projects, the Workday HCM and Compensation Architect will take an active role in growing the capabilities of the Guidehouse Workday practice by leading the following:Growing your knowledge and skills as a subject matter expert in the HCM and Compensation pillar of the WorkdayProviding guidance, instruction, and coaching to your peers who are new to Workday consultingParticipating in proposal responses and business development activities to grow the Guidehouse Workday PracticeManaging two or more resources of experienced consultants that include junior and experienced consultantsCreating workforce and staffing plans for specific job areaSets employee performance objectives, conducts performance reviews, makes recommendations on pay actions and other personnel actionsSets priorities for the team to ensure task completion, coordinates work activities with other supervisors or managersWhat You Will Need:US Citizenship (no dual citizenship) and must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD Public Trust security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with GuidehouseA Bachelor's degree with a MINIMUM of SEVEN (7) years of consulting or industry experience delivering ERP solutions; OR a Master's degree with a MINIMUM of FIVE (5) years of consulting or industry experience delivering ERP solutions.
