Its the Huron way.We see whats possible in you and help you achieve it.Job DescriptionRequirements:3-5 years proven prior success in roles directly implementing Workday2 years proven prior leading Workday Financials implementationsHuron requires a Bachelors Degree in a related field or equivalent work experienceTravel up to 50%Preferred Skills & Experience:Workday Certification or equivalent practical experience in one or more of the following; Financial Accounting Core Financials Banking and Settlements Expenses Customer Account or Grants ManagementExperience leading Workday Financials design and customer confirmation sessionsExperience configuring all aspects of Workday Financials and the related Customer Accounts functionalityExperience configuring or a deep understanding of Workday Payroll Accounting is a plusExperience with project or workstream planning and managementExcellent communication skills - oral and written - and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaborationAbility to establish credibility in the eyes of senior-level financially literate university and hospital executives including those that lead the sponsored research functions on the basis of expertise maturity and professionalismAbility to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project or workstream management and technical dimensionsExcellent time-management and prioritization skillsAbility to manage multiple projects of differing scale and durationStrong analytical skills used to translate information from meetings into documentation that can be shared with meeting participants and project teamsDesire and willingness to learn new tools techniques concepts and methodologiesProven thought leadership as indicated by speaking engagements and/or publications a plusPosition LevelManagerCountryUnited States of AmericaRequired Experience:Manager Key Skills Time Management,Data Analytics,Analytical,Agile,Requirement Gathering,Strategic thinking,Visio,Communication,Problem Solving,Market Research,UML,Cross Functional Teams Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
