Protiviti is looking for a Business Performance Improvement (Workday) Senior Consultant to join our growing Financial Performance Management team. strengthen relationships and deepen your abilities to communicate, gain trust, and network with client personnel and professional associates. At the direction of You enjoy Workday Finance implementations. Demonstrated experience with: Functional and systems experience focused on R2R and/or O2C business functions. Designing and implementing Workday. Key responsibilities as part of these initiatives include leading andperforming: requirements definition,facilitatingdesign workshops, testing, data conversion, training, cutover, andpost go-live support.Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their financial reporting and data management requirements.Design andarchitectWorkday Financials configurations, including the FDM, workflows/BPs, account structures, and integrations with other systems.Implement best practices for Workday Financials and FDM to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with accounting standards. Ability to translate and communicate issues, risks or challenges to client personnel, including executives.Supervisory experience of teams including mentoring, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate. Your Educational and Professional Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on Visio and AccessProtiviti practices a hybrid model, which is a combination of working in person with a purpose and working remotely. The ratio of remote to in-person requirements vary by client, project, team, and other business factors. Our people work both in-person in local Protiviti offices and on client sites, which can include local or out-of-state travel based on our projects and client requests and commitments.
