DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced ERP Integration Manager to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, you will focus on optimizing healthcare supply chain processes, leveraging innovative technologies, and driving operational excellence. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in supply chain management, automation, and analytics, as well as strong leadership and client relationship skills.Responsibilities:• Oversee the design and implementation of advanced healthcare supply chain solutions to improve sourcing, procurement, inventory management, and supplier performance.• Utilize automation, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and predictive analytics to enhance operational efficiency and streamline payment processes.• Manage and integrate traditional supply chain technologies such as Contract Lifecycle Management, Source-to-Pay systems, and Warehouse Management Systems.• Evaluate, interpret, and organize complex data to support strategic decision-making.• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders.• Lead business development initiatives, identifying opportunities and executing strategies to secure new clients and projects.• Communicate effectively with clients, including executives, to address issues, risks, and challenges.• Provide leadership and mentorship to teams, conducting performance evaluations, coaching, and fostering collaboration.• Coordinate across teams to ensure project alignment and motivate team members to achieve goals.• Ensure compliance and risk management within supply chain operations.Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field.• At least 7 years of experience in consulting, supply chain, operations, or a related field.• Workday Pro Procure to Pay Services Certification and Financial Management Data Loading Services Certification are highly preferred.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with secondary skills in Visio and Access.• Certifications such as Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, Certified Scrum, or similar are strongly preferred.• Expertise in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP), Epicor, and Oracle NetSuite Technologies.• Strong skills in developing Business Requirement Documents and managing organizational change.• Demonstrated ability to evaluate, summarize, and interpret business data effectively.Job typePerm
