Job Family:SAAS/PAAS/Cloud ConsultingTravel Required:Up to 50%Clearance Required:NoneWhat You Will Do:As part of our Workday Practice youll be a member of an energized team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology.From initial assessments to entire transformations youll deliver Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions equipping organizations with the information they need to make better business decisions.You will specifically focus in the areas of Recruiting Talent Optimization and Learning with subject matter expertise within those topic areas and experience in the Public Sector industry.As an Implementation Consultant you will:Lead clients through all phases of their system implementation as the Workday Recruiting Talent and Learning functional expert including business process discovery design configuration and testing phasesCoach client during business process design offering options risks and downstream impacts related to decisionsConfigure the Workday system per client business requirements and Workday standardsTimely and accurate delivery of project deliverables and documentationCollaborate on client integration design configuration and testingCollaborate on client data migrationsCoach clients in Workday project approach and act as a role model in project systems testing validation issue management communication to project leadershipAlignment and collaboration with project leadership proactively communicating project risks and issuesAlignment and collaboration with project team membersGuidehouse team enrichment and collaboration responsible for individual professional growth and sharing knowledge with Guidehouse peers to ensure quality and professional growth thrives throughout the Workday practiceWhat You Will Need:Bachelors degree with a MINIMUM of THREE (3) years of experience as a Workday functional consultant or subject matter expert in HCM/HRIS business processes regulations reporting requirements etc; OR a Masters degree with a MINIMUM of ONE (1) year of experience as a Workday functional consultant or subject matter expert in HCM/HRIS business processes regulations reporting requirements etc. Years of experience can be substituted for a degree such as NO degree with a MINIMUM of SEVEN (7) years of experience as a Workday functional consultant or subject matter expert in HCM/HRIS business processes regulations reporting requirements etcUp to 25% travel with a focus on work from home and/or Guidehouse office consultants may provide on-site support for key milestones as neededWhat Would Be Nice To Have:Excellent written and verbal communication skills1-2 years of experience as a functional consultant in full cycle ERP implementations for Human Capital ManagementWorkday HCM Recruiting Talent and/or Learning Implementer or Pro CertificationsPrior Experience as a functional consultant or subject matter expert in Human Capital Management business processes regulations and reporting requirementsAdvanced Microsoft Excel Skills Visio and PowerPointBusiness Process Discovery and Documentation experienceThe annual salary range for this position is $102000.00-$170000.00.
