OverviewAt Houston Methodist the Workday Technical Analyst position is responsible for the design configuration integration and ongoing support of the Workday platform to meet complex and evolving organizational needs. This role serves as a technical subject matter expert translating business requirements into secure scalable and optimized Workday solutions. The analyst partners closely with business stakeholders IT leadership and external vendors to ensure system reliability data integrity and compliance with enterprise architecture standards. Houston Methodist reserves the right to revise job duties and responsibilities as the need arises.QualificationsEDUCATIONBachelors degree required or four additional years of experience required in lieu of degreeWORK EXPERIENCEFive years IT experience to include three years in senior level engineer analyst or consultant role.
