Shook & Stone is seeking a driven Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney to manage a high-volume caseload and deliver strong results for our injured clients. This role is ideal for an attorney who wants a path to long-term success and growth inside a top Nevada firm! Responsibilities:Handle a caseload of workers compensation cases from inception to resolution.Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.Attend hearings and mediations.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.Assist with trial preparation and strategy.
