Qualifications:
- Candidates MUST be CA State Barred and reside in the state of California.
- Handling cases from inception to final resolution.
- Represent clients before the workers' compensation appeals board.
- Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients.
- Negotiate settlements for legal disputes.
- Prepare and defend clients in depositions.
- Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law.
- Work with a top-tier law firm handling high-profile cases with an emphasis on quality over quantity.
