Pozo-Diaz & Pozo, P.A. is currently seeking an enthusiastic Workers' Compensation Litigation Attorney with at least 3 years of experience.

Pozo-Diaz & Pozo, P.A. is currently seeking an enthusiastic Workers' Compensation Litigation Attorney with at least 3 years of experience.
Qualifications/Competencies
- Eagerness to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Excellent and persuasive verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Commitment to delivery of high-quality work product
- Proficient use of technology and automation resources, such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Prior insurance defense and/or workers' compensation litigation experience
- Licensed member of the Florida Bar in good standing
- Manage a caseload from case inception through trial/resolution
- Conduct legal research and supervise research projects delegated to paralegals
- Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and reports
- Attend court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and meetings with clients
- Negotiate settlements
- Minimum 3 years of dedicated workers' compensation experience
- Proven ability to manage workers' compensation caseloads
