What's a typical day as Workers Compensation Plant Rep II? You'll be:

• Analyzing and processing complex workers' compensation claims by investigating and gathering information to determine claim exposure.
• Managing a full caseload, including cases of increased severity, while developing action plans for timely and cost-effective resolutions.
• Calculating and assigning appropriate reserves to claims, ensuring reserve adequacy throughout the claim's lifecycle.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have 3-5 years of workers' compensation claims management experience (must have).
• Hold a High School Diploma or GED (required); a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• Possess experience in handling workers' compensation lost time claims and are proficient in managing claim recoveries.
