What this job involves:Deliver comprehensive facilities management services and create exceptional workplace experiences that enhance employee productivity and satisfaction. Partner with facility managers to execute day-to-day operations including space management vendor coordination technology support and workplace services. Drive continuous improvement in workplace functionality while maintaining operational excellence and ensuring seamless facility operations that support business objectives. This role offers the opportunity to shape workplace culture while ensuring operational excellence in a dynamic fast-paced environment that values innovation and employee experience.What your day-to-day will look like: Design and implement workplace programs that enhance employee engagement collaboration and well-being while monitoring utilization patterns Execute comprehensive facility management protocols including preventive maintenance scheduling vendor management and CMMS work order coordination Manage procurement processes for supplies services and equipment through established vendor networks while processing purchase orders and service contracts Coordinate conference room bookings space reservations meeting technology support and workplace amenities for optimal employee experience Serve as primary liaison between employees visitors vendors and service providers while delivering exceptional customer service Administer security systems access control protocols visitor management programs and employee onboarding/offboarding processes Support tactical planning initiatives project management assistance and special events coordination aligned with facility management objectivesRequired Qualifications: Associates degree in Facilities Management Business Administration or related field; or equivalent professional experience Minimum 2 years of facilities management property administration or workplace services experience Experience with CMMS platforms (Corrigo preferred) and automated work order management systems Advanced customer service orientation with proven ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel capabilities for reporting and data analysis Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional presentation abilities Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities under time constraintsPreferred Qualifications: Certification in Facilities Management (CFM) or related professional credentials Experience with workplace technology platforms and space management software Knowledge of sustainability practices and workplace wellness initiatives Project coordination experience in corporate environments Collaborative approach with ability to work independently and exercise sound judgmentEstimated compensation for this position:65000..00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
