About the RoleThe Workplace Experience Coordinator is an integral part of Lathams Workplace Experience role will be responsible for being an essential member of a team of customer-focused professionals dedicated to delivering a best-in-class experience for both internal and external clients of the firm whether remote or in-person. This role will be located in ourNew Yorkoffice.Responsibilities & QualificationsOther key responsibilities include:Cultivating genuine connections with clients providing best-in-class service that is timely accurate and seamless and consulting with clients to tailor requests and offering guidance in a poised mannerActing as a resource for Latham & Watkins employees regarding facilities operations coordinating purchasing maintenance and inventory of office supplies and furniture and liaising with property management and vendorsServing as a member of the Life Safety/Emergency team ensuring health and safety protocols are followed assisting with ergonomic evaluations and recommending adjustments to equipment for end-usersUtilizing and maintaining the integrity of databases and digital tools associated with service delivery and supporting data entry and report generationPromoting effective work practices working as a team member and showing respect for co-workersProtecting and maintaining any highly sensitive confidential privileged financial and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retainsWed love to hear from you if you:Display the ability to foster an atmosphere of community exhibiting authenticity and a sense of connectionDemonstrate effective communication skills and adaptability maintaining composure and finding a path forward regardless of obstaclesPossess the ability to think critically and recognize the big picture to make informed decisions demonstrating exceptional judgment and decision-makingAnd have:A high school diploma or equivalent A minimum of two (2) years of workplace experience or related experience Benefits & Additional InformationSuccessful candidates will not only be provided with an outstanding career opportunity and welcoming environment but will also be provided with a generous total compensation package with bonuses awarded in recognition of both individual and firm performance.
