Location: New York City, NY (One Manhattan West; OnsiteThe Workplace Facilities Lead is responsible for coordinating all aspects of workplace maintenance, housekeeping, and event setups in Accenture’s customer service driven corporate office. The Workplace Facilities Lead will provide leadership and direction in matters related to facility operations and scope/quality of services.Key Responsibilities:Overseeing the cleaning, maintenance, and event production duties of workplace facilities employees.Works as a business partner with the Office Services Lead, overseeing maintenance projects and ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely mannerStrong focus on hospitality and customer serviceComfortable assisting with any workplace position and showcasing a willingness to help wherever neededPlan and manage operations and delivery of servicesProvide leadership, direction, development and employee supervision within the areas of responsibilityManage relationships with internal leadership and stakeholdersNegotiate and execute vendor contractsDevevop and manage contract relationships with external service providersLead workgroup of 25+ to achieve the appropriate level of external, and internal customer satisfactionExecute/oversee the capital construction projectsExecute/oversee the regular scheduled maintenance and unscheduled repairs of infrastructure and equipmentExecute/oversee the activities required to ensure interiors are of a sufficient standard as defined by Accenture policies and standardsExecute/oversee the purchasing, maintenance and disposal of company Workplace assets, in line with Accenture and local policyExecute/oversee the delivery of cleaning services within the facility, managing the relationship with the vendor and ensuring standards for cleanliness are adhered toSupport the day-to-day management of a Workplace commodity Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure service standards are being metReceiving and prioritizing workorders while ensuring quality controlMaintaining the cleanliness of all areas of the workplace including but not limited to, open workspaces, enclosed offices and meeting spaces, pantries, restrooms, reception areas, and receiving areasConducting physical maintenance, and housekeeping inspectionsDirecting general construction, installation, and repair of all electrical, mechanical and architectural systems throughout the facility to ensure operational efficiency, safety, and cleanlinessAssists in the execution of capital projects and property rehabilitationsConsistently orders and maintains inventory of all necessary cleaning and maintenance productsBe a leader of the Workplace Health and Safety/Fire Life Safety team.Job Requirements:Requires onsite work primarily at Accenture's One Manhattan West Location: 395 9th Ave, New York, NY 10001Flexibility for local travel throughout New York Metro to support other Accenture sites as neededAbility to work outside of business hours including nights, holidays, and or weekends as neededBasic Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience in Facilities ManagementMinimum of 1 year of people management experiencePreferred Qualifications:Experience managing a team of 20 or moreExperience managing capital projects, small to medium sizeExperience in power over ethernet (POE) lighting systemsExperience with building management systemsDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively with peers, senior leaders, and other stakeholdersExperience managing janitorial teamsCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
