Were seeking a motivated individual who brings a hands-on mindset to the jobthis position goes beyond simply overseeing others; it requires active involvement and initiative.Pay: $70k - $90kRole ObjectiveManagement and development of TestLinks technical operations in line with market requirements developing staff and processes to offer best in class services.Key DutiesOperationsImplement the plan to facilitate increased business levels within US businessOversee the effective delivery of high-quality repairs and refurbishments and introduce quality control/improvement policiesControl material and labor costsContribute to sales tender responses facilitating site visits when requiredImplement a program of improvements across the OH and MS workshops to increase efficiency and instill best practicesSupport integration of additional workshops in N & S America to ensure consistency of processes across sitesEnsure achievement of KPIs and TargetsEnsure continuous improvement to achieve efficiencies and protect and improve profit marginsUtilise and manage the internal CHR system via the team to capture and investigate customer complaints/issues help identify root causes and use that information to develop permanent solutionsEfficiently onboard new service offerings or customer contractsProactively address issues and challenges implementing corrective actions as necessary.Allocate resources plan schedules to ensure on-time delivery.Optimise resource utilisation and capacity planning to maximise operational efficiency.Health and Safety Responsible for all safety matters within your assigned zones: Ensure housekeeping quality and environmental policies and procedures are adhered to.Represent your function and present updates at Monthly Management MeetingsPeopleGoal Setting Ensure goals are aligned with the overall organizational objectives.Training and Development Hold regular one-on-ones with subordinates to ensure professional growth. Maintain a skills matrix.
