Scene Setter

The MENA Catalysts is expanding. We're building the company into a billion-dollar powerhouse and looking for a co-founder candidate with startup experience, writing skills, and management experience.

Responsibilities
  • Take our consultancy to new heights, from the Gulf to San Francisco.
  • Turn red tape into green lights with government leaders.
  • Build a team of rockstars, not corporate drones.
  • Architect and execute Gulf market entry for fintech, digital assets, and AI giants.
  • Deliver actionable public policy reports on fintech licensing and market access in the Gulf economies.
  • Build and refine operational systems for scalable growth.
  • Implement robust financial and operational frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Middle East Strategy Project Delivery for fintech and web3 multinationals, Proposal Development, B2B Marketing, Knowledge Management.

Project Execution

- Drive project implementation for 1-2 projects (ideally) and possibly 1-2 proposals.

  • Formulate and test hypotheses; storyboard, and create nuanced, actionable market entry strategy for client fintech multinationals expanding in the Gulf.
  • Project manage and deliver a roadmap of client Middle Eastern market expansion strategy and intelligence projects for fintech, crypto, and AI multinationals.
  • Translate client priorities into digestible, easy-to-understand work scope and execution plan.
  • Design and implement market entry strategy for top-tier fintech and AI clients.
  • Develop public policy frameworks, licensing roadmaps, and actionable intelligence for Gulf market expansion.
Management

- Work closely with CEO to build TMC's internal organization including building up internal knowledge base, creating process flows, and identifying activities ripe for automation.
