WSPD-Telecommunications Supervisor at Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs

Minimum of 10 consecutive years of experience as a Dispatcher or as an emergency Telecommunication in a multi-discipline (police fire and emergency Medical) call taking and dispatch environment; or any combination of experience and training that would provide required knowledge skills and abilities. Must possess or be able to acquire within 18 months of initial appointment a Basic DPSST certification and Emergency Medical Dispatch certification. Must have a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory capacity.RequirementsApplicant must possess a high school diploma submit and pass a rigorous in-depth background reference character and financial investigation are/is required per 101-630 (Indian Child Protection and Family Violence Prevention Act). Must submit to a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening. Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid Oregon Drivers License. Applicant must have no felonies domestic violence convictions and no misdemeanor convictions within 5 years of employment.
