The ideal candidate is passionate about helping others improve their well-being, committed to fostering an inclusive environment, and capable of building strong connections with members.Key Responsibilities:Plan and lead yoga classes that accommodate a range of skill levels, from beginners to advanced participantsProvide modifications and guidance to ensure safe participation for all membersCreate a welcoming and supportive environment that reflects the YMCA’s mission and valuesMaintain knowledge of current fitness trends and yoga practicesEnsure proper use of equipment and maintain cleanliness of the studio spaceBuild positive relationships with members and encourage continued participation in wellness programsQualifications:Current Yoga Instructor certification from a recognized training programPrevious experience teaching group yoga classes preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skillsSchedule & Compensation:Friday mornings 8:00 – 8:50aPay Rate $21hrBenefits:Flexible hours and team environmentLeadership development and paid trainingStaff receive a free Y membershipRequirements:
