Riverside Community CareLove what you do!Young Adult Peer Mentor - LifeSkillsExciting opportunity to join Riverside Community Care as a Peer Mentor!Peer Mentors provide specialized expertise based on sharing their own lived experience of mental health challenges with purpose and intent to inspire hope and motivation in a youth who is struggling with similar concerns. In this important role thePeer Mentor will:guide youth through their treatment process providing outreach peer support and advocacy all in accordance to the clients individual service planhelp clients gain access to recovery resources and communitieswork in coordination with the clinical team while using their recovery experience as a positive model for clients process.Schedule: Part Time 20 hoursflexible hours between 8 a.m.- 4 p.m.; schedule to be determined with managerPay Rate: $21.63/hour$22.28/hour with Certification as a Peer Specialist Why Youll Love RiversideWe make a true difference in peoples lives through rewarding work.
