Together, were launching and scaling bold initiatives that are transforming communities across our country and the world.About this roleThe Young Leaders Program Manager will support all our alumni, with an emphasis on supporting alumni in the Young Leaders Program. You will be responsible for developing, managing, and delivering world-class service and program components to the Greenhouse alumni and volunteers in our Young Leaders and Whole Community Programs. You are the connector between our alumni and our supportive community of volunteers. Your most important roles are to support the Greenhouse alumni through their professional and personal journeys, to work with our volunteers to both deepen and broaden our impact, and to work with both groups to maximize idea potential and idea implementation.What your day-to-day might look like:The Young Leaders Program Manager has varied responsibilities and wears many hats. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Execute each of the components and sub-components within the Young Leaders Program with oversight over alumni relations, one-on-one coaching, regional alumni meet-ups, and funding of businesses and project ideas as well as some of the Whole Community Program activities.Develop trust, condence, and a strong rapport with Greenhouse Alumni and community members supporting the Young Leaders Program and Whole Community Program.Along with our Chief Operating Officer and Chief Accounting Officer, manage the budget, forecasting, and reporting for the Young Leaders Program.Track, analyze, and communicate results via compelling reports and storytelling.Ideal candidate will possess:An entrepreneurial spiritAn unrelenting positive attitude grounded in realityExcellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and follow-up skillsExceptional people management skills, and a collaborative mindset and approachAn efficient and organized approach to managing projectsExperience with innovative resources, funding, or investment models for early-stage startupsExperience with executing in-person and virtual events8+ years of work experienceA bachelors degree from a four-year college or university is mandatoryCompensation$75,000 $80,000BenetsIn addition to being part of a motivated and accomplished team, Greenhouse offers:Medical, dental, and vision coveragePaid time offPaid holidaysFlexible work scheduleParental leaveBereavement for immediate family401(k) with company matchIn order to be considered for this position, you must submit your resume and cover letter tohttps://d1u000000scquuau.my.site.com/GreenhouseScholars/s/surveyvista?su=O3Hft8
