Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary: $17.00 - $18.00Youth Care Specialist Residential Youth ServicesLocation: Lebanon, TN Lebanon Youth Academy Job Type: Full-Time | Various Shifts (Waking & Non-Waking Hours)Pay: $17.00/hrSchedule: Includes evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidaysAbout Youth Opportunity &Lebanon Youth Academy (Lebanon, TN)Youth Opportunity is a nationally recognized leader in residential and behavioral health treatment for atrisk youth. Lebanon Youth Academy in Lebanon, Tennessee offers an 18bed traumainformed Youth Academy for boys ages12 to17. Serving youth needing structured treatment and emotional support, the center combines individual, family, and group therapy with academic programming, restorative justice, life skills training, and social skill development.Youth typically remain for 3 to6months, engaging in victimimpact awareness, prevocational preparation, and family involvement. Programming is conducted in small group living units to support reintegration into home and community settings.About the RoleAs a Youth Care Specialist, you will supervise and support 710 youth through daily activities while helping them develop the internal skills they need to succeed.
