Youth Development Professional After School at Boys & Girls Clubs of the Bowling Green Area

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking an outgoing and energetic people to join our After School Program team! As a Youth Development Professional (YDP) your top priority will be to ensure the safety of our Club members ages 6-18. YDP's will oversee members activities and facilitate Boys & Girls Club National and local programming. As a YDP you will be responsible for the day to day classroom activities in a busy, nonprofit youth organization. Locations include our Main Clubhouse @ 260 Scott Way, Lost River Elementary and Jennings Creek Elementary.Responsibilities:Facilitate activities, games, sports, and other outdoor activitiesAssist in creating daily and weekly schedules catered to each group of members, their ages, and interestsMonitor members and escort them to various activitiesProvide fun learning opportunitiesSet up, take down, and maintain Club equipmentQualifications:Must pass a background checkPrevious experience working with childrenOrganized and responsibleAbility to work with a team
