Job DescriptionJob DescriptionLOCATION: Tulalip ClubJOB TITLE: Youth Development ProfessionalREPORTS TO: Unit Director, South Everett Boys & Girls Club RATE: $17.13 to $18.00 hourlySHIFT: Weekdays 2:30 PM to 7 PMJOB SUMMARYCome join a wonderful team of people on a mission to make a difference in our community and enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens.Under the supervision of the Unit Director, the Youth Development Professional is responsible for helping to implement a variety of programs and activities that lead to three priority outcomes for youth: Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles, and Good Character & Citizenship. Youth Development Professionals work with youth and create an environment that is safe and fun while helping members build confidence and skills.Multiple shifts are available and Youth Development Professionals typically work approximately 20-25 hours per week during the school year and 40 hours per week during the summer. School year shifts are typically worked in the afternoons between the hours of 1pm and 6pm.
