As a Youth Mentor Specialist, you'll guide and support youth in our care, teaching essential life skills while maintaining a positive, nurturing environment. Your role will be vital in shaping their future.Key Responsibilities:Implement daily schedules and routinesMentor youth through life skill-building activitiesProvide structure, supervision, and positive role modelingQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent2+ years working with children (residential experience preferred)Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and clean backgroundAvailable Shifts:7 AM - 7 PM7 PM - 7 AMWhy Morningstar?Join a team where you can truly make an impact!
