Use Your Lived Experience to Empower YouthCompass Health is seeking a Youth Support Partner to join our Children’s Intensive Services (WISe) team in Everett. In this role, your lived experience as a young person navigating behavioral health challenges becomes a powerful tool for mentoring others through their journey.WISe (Wraparound with Intensive Services) provides in-home and community-based behavioral health support to Medicaid-eligible youth (up to age 21) and their families. This model centers the family’s voice and choice while building natural supports to promote long-term stability and resilience.???? Learn more about WISe: Watch the videoWhat You’ll DoUse your own behavioral health recovery experience to build hope and connection with youth clients.Support youth in engaging in treatment and making informed decisions in the Wraparound process.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maintain community-based, least-restrictive placements.Provide mentorship and peer advocacy across home, school, and community environments.Work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.What You BringHigh School Diploma or equivalent (AA/BA in a related field preferred)Must be 21 years of age or olderPersonal experience living with a behavioral health condition as a youthCompletion of Certified Peer Counselor online modules prior to start; in-person certification within 90 daysValid WA Driver’s License, insured vehicleIf not licensed, must apply for Agency Affiliated Counselor designation upon hirePreferred ExperienceCurrent Peer Counselor certificationExperience in mental health, healthcare, or social services settingsFamiliarity with child development and culturally diverse family systemsKnowledge of community resources and recovery principlesStrong communication, organizational, and collaboration skillsWhat We OfferMedical, dental, and vision insurance at no cost to full-time employees16 vacation days, 12 sick days, and 13 paid holidays (11 set + 2 floating)$500/year in professional development funds + up to 5 paid education days403(b) retirement plan with up to 2% match after 1 yearMileage reimbursementWeekly supervision and peer supportThat’s over 45 paid days off in your first year!About Compass HealthFor over 110 years, Compass Health has been the leading non-profit provider of behavioral health and substance use services across Island, San Juan, Skagit, Snohomish, and Whatcom counties.
