Our Madison Heights campus has four clinics designed to meet the needs of children and young adults at every stage of life. We focus on the whole family, often including siblings and parents in therapy.Our services include:1:1 ABA therapyParent training programsSpeech and occupational therapyCounselingAutism testing and assessmentsWe are looking for energetic individuals to provide 1:1 therapy to help children improve communication, social, and play skills. What We Offer:Part-time afternoons: shifts available between 11:30 AM–5 PM, Monday through Friday.Employees working Monday–Friday afternoons receive a $300 bonus upon completion of training!Supportive and friendly work environmentHands-on and online ABA trainingCareer growth opportunitiesCompetitive pay and benefitsPosition: Non-ExemptKey Responsibilities:Work one-on-one with children and teens with Autism Spectrum DisorderTeach language, social, motor, play, and daily living skills (ADLs)Maintain a fun, interactive, and organized environmentBuild strong, lasting relationships with clients and familiesDocument behaviors and collect dataCollaborate with Speech and Occupational Therapy departmentsObtain and maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification and Quality Behavioral Solutions (QBS) Safety-Care TrainingMinimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree preferred, not requiredProfessional referencesReliable transportationClean criminal historyMaintain respect and confidentiality for all clientsAbility to walk, run, lift, squat, bend, push/pull 30 pounds as needed for therapy servicesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively with other professionals and staffHealing Haven is an equal opportunity employer.
