Job Description

Drama Assistant - Technical Theatre Property Hair Makeup and Costuming Design/Construction Education: Minimum Bachelors degree in fine art theatre or related field from a regionally accredited program/university-PREF Certification: No certification necessary.Experience: Minimum three (3) years documented experience working in theatrical performing arts particularly for young audiences. Strong understanding of technical theatre design and production concerning property hair makeup and costuming. Demonstrated leadership skills and the management of large groups of students. Passion for and commitment to creating high-quality theatrical experiences for young audiences/-REQUIRED. Substitutions: N/ANotes: Rehearsals are held Monday Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday from 3:30-5:30pm. Tech week rehearsals may also be needed in the evenings as well as performance weekends.
