What You’ll Do

• Track your work carefully, maintaining detailed records of tasks and progress
• Review completed work for accuracy before submitting final deliverables
• Research information across various websites and online sources
• Examine data reports and spreadsheets for accuracy and completeness
• Input information into spreadsheets, databases, and CRM systems
• Follow up on incomplete documents to gather missing information
• Clean up data by correcting errors, removing duplicates, and combining information from multiple sources
• Communicate with team members and clients as needed
• Handle multiple projects while maintaining accuracy

Basic Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (associate degree preferred)
• Foundation in accounting and bookkeeping basics
• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office programs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently
