Customer Service Representative (Remote)

As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the voice of ABC—resolving client concerns, keeping orders moving, and delivering exceptional service across phone, email, and chat.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll troubleshoot issues, communicate with internal teams and process servers, and ensure the smooth handling of legal orders. Your ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and use technology effectively will be key to success.

What You’ll Do:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and support tickets regarding legal service orders.

• Troubleshoot issues, correct errors, and communicate with field process servers.

• Access court dockets and occasionally pull filed documents.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth case processing and accurate documentation.

• Use tools like Microsoft Office and PDF editors to process, update, and track orders.

What You’ll Need:

• High school diploma or GED.

• 1–3 years of customer service or call center experience.

• Strong computer skills; experience with Outlook, Excel, Word, and PDF tools preferred.

• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills and speed of at least 55 WPM.

• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain professional in high-pressure situations.
